Quieting the mind, or just letting your thoughts pass through without attachment, can change the way you deal with stress, pain, busy schedules, and illness.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT is a powerful technique that combines:
Acupressure on certain meridian system points and dialog with an emotionally charged memory, physical pain, and/or issue
We use EFT at the Shift Center to teach clients how to manage stress, anxiety, pain, nausea and fear.
These techniques are very effective and great to have at your disposal.
They can be used anywhere and anytime.
Kriz has the entire certification program materials and has studied them extensively.
That said, she has not pursued national certification in this field.
Although anyone can apply these techniques, there is no substitute for having an experienced guide when you are first beginning your healing process.
The goal as a guide is to help you obtain relief and to give you the tools so that you can help yourself.

Donna Eden, Eden Energy Medicine
5 Minute Energy Exercise
Donna literally wrote the book on Energy Medicine.
Her books are the text books for classes around the world.
Kriz has 70 hours of hands on class study with Donna Eden, and found her techniques to be very beneficial for those undergoing cancer treatments, and for everyday general balance & focus.
This exercise in combination with several other techniques (based on an individuals need) have had very profound results.
